How to purchase GG merchandise?

If you wish to purchase merchandise, please click here to download a merchandise order form and return the completed form to The George Gregan Foundation:

An order confirmation will be emailed to you once your order is placed and payment has been received.
You will receive a receipt for your purchase. Please note, purchases are not considered a tax deductible donation.

Please note, items may not be returned for a refund, but may be exchanged (assuming the purchased item has not been worn and still has its tag attached) for other merchandise of equivalent value; with the exception of personalised items. Returned items will posted at the expense of the purchaser.

How does my purchase contribute to the George Gregan Foundation?

All profit from the sale of merchandise goes towards the George Gregan Foundation Fellowship at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead.

How to personalise your merchandise?

As a thank you for supporting the Foundation, George Gregan will happily personalise or sign any merchandise on request. A great gift idea for a rugby fan.

Please note, George has a number of commitments interstate and internationally which take him away from the office. Therefore, please allow 4 weeks for the delivery of personalised items.

Payment and Currency

All prices are in Australian dollars. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, cheque or money order and direct deposit.

Delivery Information

Merchandise available from this website is dispatched from Sydney, Australia. Please allow 7-10 working days delivery within Australia for standard merchandise items. Please note that personalised items are delivered within 4 weeks.
If your order consists of general merchandise as well as personalised merchandise, please let us know if you require the non-personalised items to be dispatched earlier, otherwise they will all arrive together within the 4 week delivery period.

Pricing below includes GST for Australian delivery.

Australia Post – Parcel Post Delivery:
• 1 item: AUD $7.84
• 2 – 4 items: AUD $12.73
• 5 – 7 items: AUD $15.86
• 8+ items: please contact customer support

Delivery deadlines are indicated as accurately as possible. We are not responsible for delivery delays following the dispatch of your order which are due to insufficient delivery information provided within your order or failed attempted deliveries. No damages or compensation will be payable in the event of delivery deadlines being exceeded.

How can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

Please contact customer support on 1300 306 608 or office@georgegreganfoundation.com.au urgently so we can update our system prior to dispatching your order.

How soon will my order be shipped?

All items are currently in stock and ready for dispatch within 24-48 hours, with the exception of personalised items. In the event that we experience any delivery delays outside of our specified delivery timeframes, we will notify you of this and dispatch part shipment of your order where possible.

Returns Policy

Please choose your items carefully as refunds are not possible.

You may, however, exchange items for different merchandise of equal value to the original order.
To exchange an item, please contact us prior to sending the item(s) back. We require you to include a copy of  the delivery note / receipt that you received with your parcel and outline the reason for the return. Please send your item(s) to:

Goods must be returned within 30 days of the order date with any clothing items unworn and unwashed. All products returned will be inspected to ensure the product is exchangeable.

We suggest returning your item(s) by Recorded Delivery or Registered Post as we cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you email us prior to returning an item(s) so we can expect your parcel.
